Clam and Corn Chowder (1)
1 small yellow onion peeled and diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 can 6.5oz minced clam
1 17oz can cream style corn
Fill same can with milk
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried dill weeds
Saute onion in butter until soft but not turning color.
Combine other ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes and serve with lot of pepper!
Vegetable-Cheese Chowder
2 1/2 cups water
2 cups diced peeled potatoes
1 cup corn
