Blending Procedure:
Cut the cucumber in half.
Puree the cucumber in a blender. How long you puree the cucumber is up to you. I like a little of the pulp in my toner, so I leave a little in the pureed mixture.
Once the cucumber is pureeed to your liking, strain the mixture into a glass bowl until you have about 2 ounces. Again, you can leave a little pulp if you like.
Add the witch hazel to the cucumber puree in the bowl and mix lightly.
Pour into a clean, sterilized container. After cleansing face and neck, shake toner gently to mix ingredients and apply with a cotton ball to face and neck.
The shelf life of this product is necessarily limited by the fresh cucumber. It should be used within a few days, and kept refrigerated between uses.
