Ingredients:
1/4 cup distilled water
1 tablespoon witch hazel (USP)
1 tablespoon cucumber hydrosol
1/2 teaspoon DMAE

Blending Procedure:

Combine all ingredients and pour into a clean bottle. To use, apply with a cotton pad immediately after cleansing skin. Store in the refrigerate and use for use up to one week.
