Supa Blueberry Skin Smoothie
I made this at a slumber party. It clears the pores and make the skin soft and is fun to put on. It also smells good and will give your skin a youthful glow. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
10 mashed blueberries
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 mashed avocado
2 teaspoons powdered cinnamon

Blending Procedure:
1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, avocado and mashed blueberries. Stir until smooth.
2. Add in the cinnamon and the vanilla extract. Mix well for 5 minutes. You can use a small food processor for this. You can also either omit the cinnamon if you have sensitive or dry skin. (If you'd like, you can substitute the same amount of powdered oatemal which is not quite as abrasive as the cinnamon.)
3. Massage over face and neck area for 3 minutes. Leave on for 15 minutes while you relax or have fun with your girlfriends at a slumber party like I did!
4. Rinse well with a warm wash cloth. Then, just enjoy your soft good smelling skin!
