This aromatic toner is soothing and refreshing and does a gret job of closing pores after a light facial steam. Liquid ingredients are measured using weight (with a scale) not volume (with a measuring cup).

Blending Procedure:
1. Steep tea bags in hot water in a covered container for about 20 minutes. Add vegetable glycerin and apple cider vinegar, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
2. Once the liquid has completely cooled, add the rose hydrosol and essential oils. Shake gently to mix.
3. Pour into a glass container and shake before each use to disperse the essential oils, which will not dissolve into the liquid. Use a soft cotton pad to apply to freshly cleaned or steamed facial and neck skin. Follow with moisturizer. Enjoy!!
4. This will last about 3 months, maybe longer because of the esential oils. It will feel better on the skin if used fresh from the fridge, especially in warm weather. Very refreshing!
